Eligibility to Lodge a Complaint
FDRC extends its services to a wide spectrum of individuals and small enterprises, facilitating the lodging of complaints against Scheme Members. To qualify as a complainant, the following criteria must be met:
- The complainant should represent an entity, be it an individual or organization, which is categorized as having fewer than 20 full-time equivalent employees. This includes entities that have either received the financial service subject to complaint or have been denied access to said financial service.
- The complainant, in order to avail of FDRC’s services, must qualify as a retail client and not be classified as a wholesale client.
FDRC, at its discretion, also possesses the prerogative to entertain complaints from larger organizations should circumstances warrant such consideration.
