Who can make a complaint

Eligibility to Lodge a Complaint

FDRC extends its services to a wide spectrum of individuals and small enterprises, facilitating the lodging of complaints against Scheme Members. To qualify as a complainant, the following criteria must be met:

  1. The complainant should represent an entity, be it an individual or organization, which is categorized as having fewer than 20 full-time equivalent employees. This includes entities that have either received the financial service subject to complaint or have been denied access to said financial service.
  1. The complainant, in order to avail of FDRC’s services, must qualify as a retail client and not be classified as a wholesale client.

FDRC, at its discretion, also possesses the prerogative to entertain complaints from larger organizations should circumstances warrant such consideration.
