– Your membership certificate
– Comprehensive guidelines for operating a complaints handling process
– Form letters and registration details for your complaints handling process
– Your unique membership number
– A supply of brochures for public display and distribution to your customers, along with your disclosure statements and product/service terms and conditions
We will review your application within 48 hours and respond within 3 working days to confirm the provisional FDRC membership approval decision. In the absence of feedback from FDRC, applicants should consider the application as unsuccessful. Once FDRC confirms eligibility, we will send an invoice for membership fees through our international regulatory and compliance services network.
