Membership Application Processes

Applying to join FDRC is a straightforward procedure.

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Choose Your Membership Type: Select the membership type that best aligns with your organization’s profile (as detailed below).
  1. Complete the Application Form: Fill out the designated Application Form along with the Schedule, if applicable, for your chosen membership type.
  1. Submission: Submit your completed forms to us via fax or email using the provided contact information.

Upon receiving your application, we will promptly commence the processing phase. You can expect to hear from us within 24 hours, confirming your provisional membership status. Once FDRC has verified your eligibility, we will issue an invoice for the relevant membership fees.

Upon payment of the invoice, you will receive official confirmation of your FDRC membership. This confirmation will enable you to fulfil your FDRC registration requirements. In our communication, we will include:

– Your membership certificate

– Comprehensive guidelines for operating a complaints handling process

– Form letters and registration details for your complaints handling process

– Your unique membership number

– A supply of brochures for public display and distribution to your customers, along with your disclosure statements and product/service terms and conditions

We will review your application within 48 hours and respond within 3 working days to confirm the provisional FDRC membership approval decision. In the absence of feedback from FDRC, applicants should consider the application as unsuccessful. Once FDRC confirms eligibility, we will send an invoice for membership fees through our international regulatory and compliance services network.

Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact FDRC at +44 844 774 7710
