• Before we can consider the dispute, the financial services provider must have been given an opportunity to resolve the dispute with you directly. In most cases, the financial services provider has up to 14 days to respond to your complaint.

• If the dispute remains unresolved after you have made a complaint to the financial services provider, you can file a dispute with The Financial Dispute Resolution Commission

  • Download dispute form as a PDF (only if you wish to complete by hand)
